Shipping

Shipping costs are kept as low as possible with a FLAT RATE of $15 on domestic orders and FREE SHIPPING for orders over $200.00. Collection from my studio in Haberfield, NSW is also available and can be selected at checkout.

Postage charges are additional to the retail price and you will be asked to select shipping preferences at checkout (please note,if you are paying by Applepay, shipping options will come up in the grey Apple payment box on your device)

Once payment has been received, your order will be shipped within 3-5 days via SENDLE.

Delivery is dependant on the courier and can take up to 7 working days depending on where you are in Australia. You will receive an email receipt once your item has been shipped.

For international shipping please contact me to discuss.

Can I pick up my order if I live in Sydney?

Absolutely! The studio is based in Haberfield, Inner West Sydney and studio pick ups can be arranged. Please select this option at checkout and I will be in touch to arrange a day for you to collect your purchase.

Returns

If you receive an item that appears to be damaged or faulty please email a photograph & description within 3 days of receipt at annhowe.ceramics@gmail.com so that I can rectify the situation as soon as possible.

All my ceramics are either wheel thrown or hand built by me therefore variations in shape, size, colour and finish are inevitable. Great care is taken to describe all items as accurately as possible but no two items are identical- this is the nature and beauty of handmade ceramics.

Refunds and exchanges are not available for change of mind OR any seconds items.

Packaging

I am currently using a combination of recycled bubble-wrap, brown paper and eco-friendly hex wrap to get your pieces to you safely. I also reuse boxes wherever possible.
